About 431

One night to change the world! Could it be possible? What if students from across denominational lines gathered to worship, study, and celebrate together for one night? Instead of travel, hotel and food expense, 4thirty1 is a one-night experience for your group.

For a price as low as $20, your students can hear from three of the leading speakers in America, experience the energy of young artists, celebrate in the concert, and experience life in 3D! What is 3D? Glad you asked!

Living life in 3D is to know Christ intimately. This means a relationship, not ritual. To come alongside you, the youth pastor is challenging students to be a lifelong devoted follower of Christ. To stand on God's Word with authority. To introduce students to a worldview that is Biblical not secular. To know that God is working in every facet of life, not just in church on Sunday. To share Christ passionately. We must get outside our walls and into the culture. We know it is not about a program, it is all about the Person of Jesus Christ. Give us three hours and let's walk through this journey together.

Registration will be open on February 8 for all cities scheduled. We are determined to make the youth pastor central in the evening. The real hero in our mind is not the person on stage, but the person in the trenches with students. We are planning a youth worker's meeting in every city. This will be a time to network, socialize and equip youth leaders from local churches. Our desire is to come alongside you to further your ministry, not confuse your students.

This night will stand as a launching pad for your ministry, not a parking lot. With high energy, fast-moving and determined teaching points, we believe this evening will set the standard for future events. In fact, our mindset is that when the event is over, it is time for our students to experience what God wants to do in his or her life. With over forty years of ministry events combining together, this evening will be a night to remember.

About SDEA

Celebrating its 20th year in ministry, the Scott Dawson Evangelistic Association is continuing to go where people are in an effort to spread the Gospel message of Jesus Christ. From students to senior adults, people of all ages are being introduced to the greatest Friend they could ever have – Jesus.

Scott Dawson is the founder and CEO of SDEA, which began with simple testimonials and youth rallies. Over the last two decades, SDEA has grown into an evangelistic association that reaches people through conferences, minor league baseball games, and even the internet.

The Lord continues to provide Scott and his team with innovative ways to share the unifying message of hope – the Good News of Jesus Christ. SDEA currently offers two Student Bible Conferences and a Senior Adult Conference in the Smoky Mountains.

Scott and his team members are also traveling across the country in a partnership with Minor League Baseball Teams to produce an event called Safe at Home. After the last out of the game, fans have the opportunity to watch a full-size festival stage being set up in just 12 minutes. Some of the top Christian music artists and speakers then take the stage before Scott Dawson proclaims the Gospel message.

SDEA has recently started the National League of Youth Ministry, which is a program designed to “impact the impacters.” Youth ministers have the unique opportunity of working with students in a way that has the potential to change today’s culture. Youth ministers and their spouses put so much into their students and SDEA wants to minister to them. NLYM is a time for youth ministers and their wives to experience a time of encouragement and refreshment of their faith, their marriage and their ministry.

Since the internet has literally taken the world by storm, SDEA has created SharingTheFaith.com as a witnessing tool for web users. The site has a testimonial builder intended to provide Christians with a way to share their faith online.

At the heart of each of these ministries is the Gospel message. The very core of SDEA is helping people develop a personal relationship with Christ. Scott Dawson has a heart for sharing the message of Christ, which he has done for the past 20 years.

SDEA is based in Birmingham, Alabama, which is also Scott’s hometown. Scott and his wife, Tarra, reside in Birmingham with their son, Hunter, and their daughter, Hope.
